Mallory's First Soccer Game

Saturday morning was Mallory's First Soccer Game! We've been looking forward to this for a long time so we were excited when Saturday came!  She's been wanting to wear her jersey for a while so she was thrilled to finally get to wear it to play!

My big girl ready to play!

Quick selfie with my girl before the game

Our coach was getting his line-up ready before the game

I know Brian was just as excited for the game because he's been looking forward to coaching her team for a long time now. He loved it!

Sweet friends and teammates ready for their first game!

Before the game, she spotted Auntie and she had to run to see her

Getting ready to start the game

For Mallory, she started out good, playing well and kicking the ball...

And then she fell and her shoe came off. As you can see in the video below, that stalled her game and soon she came off the field :)

After she came off the field, she was more interested in seeing the people who came to see her play than playing itself so she had to have some pep talks from Papa and others

Nana encouraged her to run out and play so she did - even when she wasn't supposed to be out on the field - ha! She didn't know she had to wait until it was her turn to go on the field so we had 5 vs 4 for a minute. I laughed so hard!

All the girls played so well and it was so fun to watch them play together. It was definitely entertaining and I really loved how one of the girls would just run off the field when she was done playing or thirsty. So funny!

Mallory right by her coach ready to go in

Team Princesses did great on their first game!

Mallory had the best cheering squad! Uncle Jim, Auntie, Caleb and Cade came to cheer her on. Uncie came by before having to go back to work at the other games

Papa, Nana and Jensen came to cheer too!

I know this is the first of many games but we really enjoyed Mallory's first game!

I'm officially a soccer mom!
