Friday night, Brian and I got an unexpected Date Night. My Mom called and wanted to pick up Mallory from school and have her over for a while so Brian and I went to dinner and then lived it up by going grocery shopping. So wild and crazy!
We had a great time and then we headed to go pick up the little girl. She never wants to leave Nana and Papa's house so it's always a chore to get her out the door. She had to dance with Papa before she could leave
Saturday morning, Brian and Mallory headed out to get donuts and for Brian to get a haircut. While they were gone, I worked on making a fruit pizza for Saturday night. It don't make it often but I should make it more because I love it! I tried a new way of arranging the fruit and I really like how it turned out
When Brian and Mallory got back, I had a helper as I cut up some more strawberries. This girl LOVES strawberries.
Saturday night, we headed over to The Calhouns for dinner and fun. Our friend Brettni was in town visiting with her son, Wyatt and daughter, Delta Mae and I couldn't wait to see them! We miss them so much but once they get back, it's like they never left!
I love these sweet friends! They are the best and I'm grateful for their friendship!
Brettni and the kids came to church before heading out so we got some goodbye hugs in and a cute picture before they left
We all crashed for naps on Sunday afternoon and then our favorite Estes' came over for dinner. Brian did a great job grilling the burgers. Yum!
We really had a wonderful weekend with the best family and friends anyone could ask for!
