Saturday morning, we headed to Northpark Mall with our favorite Estes' to see the Christmas decorations at Northpark and to do a little shopping!
To get into the Christmas spirit, I put Mallory in the cutest Christmas outfit.
I just love this outfit and I want her to wear it everyday in December if she could but it was 80 degrees in Texas yesterday so hopefully the cooler weather will come back to us. But just because it was warm Saturday, we still got into the Christmas spirit.
The first store we saw when we got to the mall was The Disney Store. Mallory was so excited to see Mickey and I was excited for her to see the store too. She also saw Bullseye from Toy Story in the window and I'm sure wanted to hold and take home everything in the store.
We also wanted to get a good shot of the cousins while we were out. Of course, with our toddler, she isn't too fond of being still to take pictures but I was able to get one good one of them.
Mallory loved seeing all the trees and this fountain
For entertainment, we got to see these cute little girls and boys dance. Mallory loves to dance and almost ran out with them one time but thankfully she was caught in time!
After looking at some more of our favorite stores, Vera Bradley, Williams Sonoma, etc... it was time to leave. Mallory was so happy to see Uncie, Daddy, Caleb and Cade on the floor above us.
For lunch, we headed to Buca di Peppo
We got family style meals and split them. It was sooo good! Mallory was so worn out and tired, as you can see in the picture, that when I got her out of seat and sat her in my lap, this happened:
I can't tell you the last time she fell asleep in a public place was. She was exhausted.
She had too much fun!
While we were at the mall, we did get an ornament for Mallory to put on the tree. I bet you can't guess who it was or where it was from :)
Mallory got to open this as we did the first day of advent however she did not want it to go on the tree, she wanted to play with it!
Mallory also got this Jessie/Bullseye ornament from Auntie and she opened it last night for the second day of advent.
Christmastime is here, even if it is 80 degrees! We had the best time with our family. The next few weeks are going to be busy with dinners, parties and I'm so grateful for the reason for this season, the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! He is was Christmas is all about!

Oh that outfit is the cutest! Looks like fun. Nat and I may need to go out there one day during the week. Tell Stephanie I miss seeing her at church.
