A little this, A little that

Happy Monday! Hope you had a great weekend!

Again, we had a pretty low-key weekend and it was nice to be home and relax. That's kind of been our Summer and I love it - well Brian's been working hard but Mallory and I have loved just hanging out at home and with family & friends. So, sorry there's not much to say but here's some pics from our weekend.

Our child is figuring out our phones one day at a time. She got excited when she figured out to push the home button for her picture (my wallpaper) to come up on my phone.

Saturday, we did a little, then rested. Brian got to go get a new battery for his truck and Mallory and I met my Mom at Hobby Lobby to look at some things for my house. I wish I had an eye for decorating so whenever I want to hang things, I always get another opinion to make sure it will look ok. Thankfully, my mom lives close so she has helped! Saturday afternoon, we all laid down to take naps. Brian & Mallory napped well, however, I couldn't fall asleep so I finished my photo books (yay!) and then went to Wal-Mart to get some groceries. Fun times.

Saturday night, we ate and then it was bathtime. I love to see how our Sat nights have changed since Mallory has joined our family but you can tell, we love it! And I love her post-bath hair :)

We had brief storms in our area Sat night and the sky was beautiful afterwards. I wish the photo did it more justice but I tried to get a good shot.

Sunday morning, we headed to church. I took this picture because it shows how after I get Mallory ready for church, I still put a bib around her and keep food and drink away because I don't want her to get it all on her dresses. It doesn't always work thought :)

Sunday night, we headed to the softball fields to cheer our favorite softball player on!

Brian hit a home-run, triple and single! Good job babe!

Unfortunately, they didn't win but I know Brian loved being back on the field and I loved watching him!

Mallory loved being around all of her friends but ofcourse, this picture doesn't show that. :) I guess for this moment, she was into the game while eating her Cheerios

And I love this picture of Mallory standing behind her Daddy as he waits to bat. She got so excited when she would see him!

So there's our weekend in a nutshell. I hope you are having a great Summer!

Love the family bathroom pic :) Can you believe this summer is going by so fast?

Karlyn likes to push the "home" button too!

Liam pushes the home button all the time too! And I love the family pic too, even Brian's goofy face, ha!
