Celebrating Mothers

Saturday after Kiersi and Kayden's Party, Brian and I went to eat at Wing Dingers in Royse City with my Mom, Dad, Grandmother (Mamaw), Uncle Richard and Aunt Sherry for Mother's Day. Wing Dingers is a new restuarant in Royse City that my parents love and Brian and I love it too. After dinner, we went back to my parent's house. Mom and Mamaw opened their gifts and then we played cards - which in our family, can be verbally brutal. Mom won so I'm sure that made her Mother's Day complete :-)

After church on Sunday, Brian and I headed over to Pam and Kam's for Mother's Day lunch with his family. We had Caleb with us and we had to run by Wal-Mart and a lady there gave me a rose for Mother's Day - I didn't tell her Caleb was my nephew and not my son b/c I didn't want to correct her and the rose was really pretty! We had a great lunch at Pam and Kam's. All the mother's opened their gifts and it was great!

**Also, wanted to say a belated Happy Mother's Day to my Aunt Janice Smith who fell and broke her hip last week. She is now at Baylor Garland for rehab. Please keep her in your prayers as she recovers - Love you!
