Spaghetti & Legos

Saturday, I did my defensive driving online all day long...or at least it felt like it. Ok, I won't speed again. After staring at a computer screen all day, it was off to The Spaghetti Warehouse with Brian and Cade - or as Cade called it "The Spaghetti Birdhouse." He's so cute! The waiter was nice to bring us loaf after loaf of bread b/c it is sooo good! These boys love their bread. We all got spaghetti and enjoyed our dinner! Cade got his vanilla ice cream for dessert and loved it. On our way home, Brian got a butterfinger blizzard at the DQ and I went for the Cake'n'Shake at Cold Stone Creamery. It was so fantastic - and even better - there is one just down the road from my office in Plano and I didn't even know it. Now if only it were fat free...

Cade & his many faces on the way home

After the dinner & dessert, it was back to Rob & Stephanie's where Cade wanted to play Legos. So Brian, Cade and I got the Legos out and began building our own creations. It was a lot of fun, even though Brian kept stealing all of our yellow Legos! We were all very proud of our creations and had to show them off to Rob & Stephanie when they got back from their dinner. You are never too old to play with Legos!

Rob said mine looked like a tractor - it was an airplane!
