I love this show b/c it shows not only the transformations but how they got to where they are today. It shows the ups and the downs and how hard it was for them to lose the weight and keep it off. This year was great b/c it had families doing it together so you got to see the bond between them and how they encouraged each other!
The show also gives great tips on living a healthy lifestyle and Brian and I really like those. I'm so proud of my Biggest Loser b/c to this day, Brian has lost 53 lbs and is going strong!
Next season starts Jan 6, 2009! Biggest Loser Couples! I can't wait!

We watched too- it was great! We were so rooting for Michelle too. Everyone looked incredible! And it looks like next season is going to be good too :>
That's fantastic! Good job B! I haven't been able to follow the show, but I like it too. It's very inspriational. I wish I could help people like that.
This is the first time Brad and I have ever followed the show, but we are addicted now! I was SO excited that Michelle won...and not Vikki :) Heba looked AMAZING!!!
