Barnyard Party Time

Today we went to Weatherford for Kiersi's 2nd birthday party! It was a Barnyard animal theme party b/c Kiersi knows all of the sounds the animals make now and will tell anybody who asks. It was held at Melody's (my sister-in-law) parent's house and they have a beautiful home on a lot of land. It was a chilly morning but it warmed up as the day went on. Brian and I left my house at 9am, picked up Kate and Ryan in Arlington and got to Weatherford a little after 11am - right in time for the party to start!

They had a jump house for the kids and Kiersi and Kayden both loved it. Melody - an awesome cake maker and decorator - made Kiersi's cake and it was in the shape of a barn. It was soooo cute. There was also a hayride for the kids to go see the cows. Kiersi got a lot of presents including a tricycle, stroller, and lots of clothes. She had a great time and enjoyed all of the attention! Let year two begin...
