Happy 2nd Birthday Mallory!

Mallory Anne, you are 2 Years Old Today!!

How in the world did that happen? You are 2! And when I ask how old you are, you say "Tuuuu!" Little girl, you bright up our lives everyday. We are so blessed to be your Mom and Dad! Your smile is infectious and your laugh is contagious. Lately, you will just burst out with laughter and there not a sweeter sound! You are always on the go. You play hard and sleep hard!

You go to bed around 8:30 pm (although this past week you decided you didn't want to go right asleep when I laid you down and it was more around 9:00 pm) and we wake you up around 7:00 am to get you ready for the day. You will usually sleep until 7:45 am or 8:00 am on the weekends. You nap once a day for about 1 hour & 1/2 - 2 hours. 

You are wearing 2T in most everything and size 6 shoe. We bought you a potty for you to start getting interested in and you like to sit on it and laugh. It will take time, we aren't rushing anything - we know that - but it is nice to know that you know what it is for! 

You love to play with your kitchen and want to always give a "bite." Your favorite thing is for me to sit down with you and color. You always say "seat" for whoever you want to sit by you. I love sitting at the table in your playroom and coloring with you. You always want to be "ouside" You are not happy when it is time for you to come inside. You still love watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and love Mickey & Minnie. We haven't watch Sesame Street in a while but you love "mElmo" as you call him. 

You can eat grapes all day if I let you. You are always asking for "mo" aka more. Some of your favorites to eat are scrambled eggs, yogurt melts, cereal bars, blueberry muffins, string cheese, green beans, carrots, pb & j sandwiches, grilled cheese, mac and cheese, chicken nuggets and ketchup with everything! 

You love your family and friends! Every time we pick you up from Nana & Papa's and from Grammy's you hate to leave. You love staying with them! When you see family or friends you know, you always run up to them and hug them because you are so excited to see them! You can throw a tantrum with the best of them but thankfully those have been few and far between up until now.

You are a good helper! You like to push the buttons to help me start the dishwasher. You know you have to pick up your toys when you are done and you do a good job with that most of the time :) You want to climb on everything and definitely love the stairs at Uncle Jim & Aunt Laurie's.

It seems like yesterday I kissed your face for the first time! Mallory, God blessed us more than we could ever have imagined when he allowed us to be your parents! We pray for you everyday and it's so exciting to see all the new things your learn everyday! We can't wait to see what all God has in store for you sweet girl!
