The Bahamas

We are back and this is the first time I've had to sit down and upload our photos. We got back Friday night and have had a busy weekend. It's so nice to look at all the photos and remember the beautiful blue water. We had a wonderful time!

We left very very early Monday morning, layed over in Miami and then headed to Freeport, Bahamas. Freeport is on Grand Bahama Island and was only a 20 minute flight from Miami.

We got to the Island Seas Resort in the a little after noon and we put all of our stuff in our room and then caught the one shuttle of the week to the grocery store. Since our room had a kitchen, we decided to stock up on some food at the store to save money from eating out every meal. Once we got back from the store, we headed straight to the beach. I was soooo excited! It was everything I hoped for and more.

If you needed us, we were on the beach relaxing, reading and enjoying the water. We had a lot of fun together. It was a great time with my best friend.

Now it is back to the real world but we had a fantastic vacation! Just sitting on the beach, I thanked God for his gorgeous creation that we were able to enjoy. I'm ready to go again!
